Handicaps & eligibility

Unless otherwise stated:

All entrants must hold a current WHS handicap

Maximum handicap limits apply to some events

CDH numbers are required on entry forms

Juniors may require proof of handicap and parental consent

Handicap and entry criteria for each event are clearly stated on the entry details.

Open Competitions FAQs

  • Yes. Most opens require a valid WHS handicap and CDH number. Maximum handicaps may apply. Some fun events may be more flexible.

  • We run both individual and team formats. For team events, you can usually enter as a complete team. In some cases, we may help to pair individual entrants.

  • Yes. Senior and junior events have specific age criteria. These are listed on the event details and entry forms.

  • Typically, entry includes your green fee, competition administration and contribution to the prize fund. Many events also include food or offer food options at additional cost.

  • Tee times are usually published and/or emailed around a week before the event. We’ll confirm the exact process on your entry confirmation.
